Josh’s background includes eight years in the Marine Corps as a Logistics Chief, where he gained valuable leadership and organizational skills while serving overseas in Iraq, Japan, Thailand, Greece, and the Philippines. Married with two children, Josh enjoys coaching, tackling home renovation projects, and spending quality time with his family. His passion for teamwork and commitment to growth make him an invaluable part of the team.

With two years in the Carpenters Union and over 20 years of expertise in tile work, Nick has honed his skills to deliver exceptional craftsmanship. A certified medical assistant and a proud veteran of the 82nd Airborne, he also served as an automated logistics specialist, showcasing his commitment to precision and teamwork. Outside of work, Nick enjoys spending time with his two children and takes pride in bringing the same level of care and professionalism to every project he undertakes.

Mike brings a strong work ethic and a wealth of practical experience to the Noble Renovations team. With a background in framing and plumbing and four years as a supervisor at Home Depot, he combines hands-on expertise with leadership skills to ensure every project is completed with precision. Growing up on a farm instilled in Mike a deep appreciation for hard work and problem-solving. When he’s not on the job, Mike enjoys spending time with his daughter, hunting deer and squirrels, fishing, and planning his future with his fiancée. His dedication and well-rounded skills make him an invaluable member of the team.

Josh is a motivated and quick learner who brings valuable skills and enthusiasm to the Noble Renovations team. A graduate of Berkshire High School and Auburn Career Center, where he studied greenhouse management, Josh has a well-rounded background that includes two years in landscaping and two years in construction. His passion for nature and the outdoors is evident in his love for hiking and exploring. Josh's dedication to learning and his hands-on experience make him a key contributor to every project he takes on.
